The Ambulance application is the official application of the Czech Emergency Medical Services, the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the Czech Water Rescue Service. At the touch of a button, it sends GPS coordinates, information about human health, contacts to close persons and the battery status of the telephone to the emergency services dispatching center, and subsequently connects to them by telephone. This will significantly facilitate the communication of the wounded person with the operators and speed up the arrival of rescuers to the place of accident. The application is fully adapted to blind and deaf people and works also in Austria and the Slovak mountains. Hungary will be added this fall. -
